SREIF recruits new members at the beginning of each semester. University of Alabama students of all grade levels are eligible to apply - including graduate school students and MBA candidates.
Applications require a resume and brief responses to short-answer questions about the applicant's background and interest in SREIF. Selected candidates will be invited to an in-person interview with the SREIF leadership team to discuss their experience and potential fit within the organization.

Membership
SREIF members are selected through an application process by the leadership committee. Ideal applicants have demonstrated strong academic performance throughout their time at UA and have a significant interest in pursuing a career in real estate. Members will learn the fundamentals behind real estate private equity partnership structures, practice underwriting potential deals, make investment pitches within their sector team, and gain a deeper understanding of the RE industry.
